Return Policy
At Midnight Origin, we take pride in the quality of our craft coffee and premium merchandise. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
Coffee: Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on coffee beans. However, if there is an issue with your order (damaged packaging or incorrect item), please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Merchandise (Mugs/Apparel): Non-perishable items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning non-damaged items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
